ToysRus of Uk is predicting that Angry Birds, tablets, and dolls are going to be the hot toys for Christmas 2013(http://www.squidoo.com/top-toys-for-christmas-list). The company has released a list of toys that it thinks are going to be the most popular this year. There are toys which feature technology, board games, and action toys.

One of our favorite toys that made the list has to be combat Attacknids. These are remote controlled battling insects. They can move freely in all directions. We love firing their weapons and rotating their turrets around. They are completely bad to the bone. If you are looking for something a little smaller, check out the Hexbug Warriors. These are micro sized electronic insects. These toy bugs are propelled around through vibration. Battles take place in arenas that the Hexbugs bounce off.

Back in 1998, everyone rushed around to get their hands on Furby. Hasbro sold millions of Furbies since his release. People either loved Furby or were thoroughly annoyed by him. He is back this year and is just as cute and huggable. He is still loud and you can’t turn him off. If you want him to give you peace, you have to wait until the furry guy falls asleep. This time around he is even more interactive. The technology has advanced just enough to make him seem more intelligent and responsive. You can tickle his belly, pet him, and shake him around. You can also tug on his tail.

Of course, since it is 2012 you can expect him to work with your iPhone, iPad, and iTouch. You can feed him or learn what he is saying though an app. Everything you do to him is supposed to change his personality.  If you mistreat him too much, he may become unresponsive. Kids are going to love taking care of him. There are several different colors that Furby is available in. There is a blue, red, yellow, black, purple, and white one.

For tech savvy kids, there are kid's tablets. Both LeapFrog and VTech have released follow-ups to their kid's tablets. This year there is the LeapPad 2 which boasts a faster processor and more memory than its predecessor. In addition, there is also the InnoTab 2 and the Childpad. Technology is once again improving the way we play. This year there are three tablets on the list.

Another expected big hit is going to be Skylanders Giants. This game is the sequel to last's hit Skylanders. The game is already one of the most popular games for kids. It is only going to get bigger this year. Last year, the game came out of nowhere and this year they are introducing Giant characters. Kids have fallen in love with playing with their toys inside of a video game.

Preschoolers are going to want to take Jake and his Neverlands Pirate ship for a ride. This ship looks like it is rocking back and forth in water. Girls are going to love the Lalaloopsy rag dolls and the Monster High WereCat twins Meowlody and Purrsephone.

With a new Spider-Man movie, Spider-man is going to be on a lot of hot holiday lists. The web shooting Spider-Man made the ToysRus list.

Boys are going to love firing the Nerf Elite Hail Fire. The gun holds up to 144 darts.

Kids can live a life of luxury with Monopoly Millionaires. The game brings limos, diamonds, and skyscrapers to the Monopoly Universe. Kids can now play Angry Birds in real life with the Angry Birds Mega Smash game.
